The InviLisa® Mustard ELISA Kit is designed for quantitation of low levels of Mustard in raw materials, environmental swab samples, and fresh, processed and heated food products. This assay utilises polyclonal antibodies to specifically to detect the mixture of proteins present in soluble extracts of mustard. The 96 well kit includes four mustard Standards and has a quantitation range of ~2.0 – 50 mg mustard/kg. Mustard seeds contain ~25% protein and therefore the LOD and nominal assay range correspond to ~0.025 and 0.5 – 12.5 mg mustard proteins/kg, respectively.
