The InviLisa® Peanut ELISA Kit is designed for quantitation of low levels of peanut in raw materials, environmental swab samples, and fresh, processed and heated food products. This assay utilises polyclonal antibodies to specifically detect the mixture of proteins present in soluble extracts of peanut. The 96 well kit includes four peanut standards standards and has a Limit Of Detection (LOD) of 0.1 mg peanut/kg and a quantitation range of 1.0 – 30 mg peanut/kg.
