Product Details
The InviLisa® Almond ELISA Kit is designed for quantitation of low levels of almond in raw materials, environmental swab samples, and fresh, processed and heated food products. This assay utilises polyclonal antibodies to specifically detect the mixture of proteins present in soluble extracts of almond. The 96 well kit includes four almond standards standards and has a Limit Of Detection (LOD) of 0.1 mg almond/kg and a quantitation range of 0.5 – 10 mg almond/kg.
