Product Details
The InviMag® Blood DNA Mini Kit/IG enables fully automated purification of genomic DNA from human blood samples on the InviGenius® PLUS with sample volumes of up to 200 µl. Fresh or frozen whole blood treated with EDTA or citrate, but not with heparin, from common blood collection systems can be used. Different primary tubes can be placed directly into the sample loading rack. A defined and optimized protocol provides high yields of pure DNA. Automatic barcode reading enables full tracking of samples and reagents.
