The InviMag® Plant DNA Mini Kit/ KF96 enables rapid and cost-effective purification of genomic DNA from plant samples using magnetic beads on the KingFisher™ Flex instrument. The kit is designed for high sample throughput in 96-well format and is available with or without KingFisher™ plastic. The kit uses a prefiltration plate, a unique filtration and homogenization column system that efficiently removes cell debris. This optimized procedure produces reliable results, making it an ideal solution for any laboratory working with plant DNA.

Can I use the InviMag® Plant DNA Mini Kit/ KF96 also on other devices than the KingFisherTM Flex Instrument?
Yes, this is possible. It is important that the device used works according to the same operating principle as the KingFisherTM Flex and transfers magnetic particles, to which the DNA is bound, from deep-well to deep-well plate with magnetic rods. For example, Auto-Pure devices can be used in this way. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
