The InviMag® Plant DNA Mini Kit/ KF96 enables rapid and cost-effective purification of genomic DNA from plant samples using magnetic beads on the KingFisher™ Flex instrument. The kit is designed for high sample throughput in 96-well format and is available with or without KingFisher™ plastic. The kit uses a prefiltration plate, a unique filtration and homogenization column system that efficiently removes cell debris. This optimized procedure produces reliable results, making it an ideal solution for any laboratory working with plant DNA.

Can I use the InviMag® Plant DNA Mini Kit/ KF96 also on other devices than the KingFisher^TM Flex Instrument?

Yes, this is possible. It is important that the device used works according to the same operating principle as the KingFisher^TM Flex and transfers magnetic particles, to which the DNA is bound, from deep-well to deep-well plate with magnetic rods.
