The InviLisa® β-Lactoglobulin (β-LG) ELISA Kit is designed for quantitation of low levels of β-LG in various food and beverage matrices, including raw materials, fresh and lightly processed food products (β-LG is relatively unstable to heat at temperatures above ~60 ºC), as well as environmental swabs. This assay utilizes polyclonal antibodies to specifically target β-LG, as a marker for the presence of milk and/or whey proteins. 
The 96 well kit includes four β-LG standards and has a quantitation range of ~10 – 300 µg β-LG/kg.
