The InviMag® Universal Kit/IG enables fully automated purification of genomic, bacterial, viral DNA and viral RNA from a variety of clinical samples on the InviGenius® PLUS instrument. Up to twelve samples can be processed in one run. A step-by-step wizard of the InviGenius® PLUS software guides through the method setup for loading the instrument with samples and kit components for nucleic acid extraction. Automatic barcode reading enables full tracking of samples and reagents. Defined and optimized protocols provide high yields and pure nucleic acids.

When different types of nucleic acids are present in a sample, you will get a co-purification of all of them. This means for example, if you are looking for a special viral nucleic acid in a human or animal sample you will also co-purify the genomic nucleic acid as well.
Since the InviGenius® PLUS is using pipette tips for liquid handling nucleic acid isolation from tissue samples is not recommended. Pipette tips might be blocked when processing tissue samples.
